Description
Inspired by the tropical craftsmanship of the West Indies and classic British and Dutch Colonial design periods, the Charleston Writing Desk has a timeless kidney shape, stretchers, rattan drawer fronts, intricately-carved leaf motifs on the legs and a robus leather writing surface top. Crafted of Cherry Veneers, Rattan and Resin, it is finished in the deep, rich Maraschino Cherry. There are five drawers. The left and right top drawers have one removable partition, one writing slide and pencil tray for use in either drawer. The center drawer has a drop-front for keyboard use. Antique bronze round knobs and ring-pull hardware add the finishing touch.
