This writing table was originally designed circa 1903 by artist and architect Harvey Ellis during his brief tenure with Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman Workshops. It features a broad over-hanging top, one wide and two narrow drawers, and decorative inlay on the legs crafted from maple, cherry, black walnut, and ebonized hardwood. Place a Harvey Ellis Deck (sold separately) on top to replicate the original design with pigeonhole storage and mini-drawers. As striking in its design then as it is now, original Harvey Ellis Desks have sold at auction for prices ranging from $74,000 to $200,000. Available in solid oak.
